Your work speaks for itself. The story makes it clear.
Nobody sets out to be the best-kept secret in their field.
We get you understood, then chosen.

What we usually hear
“We know we do better work than our competitors, but our customers are the only ones who know it.”
1
The proof exists. It's just stuck with the people who already chose you.
“There's only a handful of others who do what we do, and we're still going feast to famine.”
2
Being one of the few doesn't make you easy to find or easy to choose.
“Our impact isn't recognised by the people who fund us or refer us.”
3
They can't see what you see. Nobody has translated it for them.
“We can't tell whether any of our marketing is working.”
4
Views aren't results, and nobody told you that.
These are symptoms.
Here's what it looks like to get to the cause.
“The way that you nurse us through that process, walk us through it step by step as we unpack it, is really powerful."

The Framing finds the story that gets you chosen
Gathering
We start with a long conversation, uncovering how the business was built, who matters to it, and why your clients chose you. We drill down with deep curiosity, because what matters most is rarely in the first answer. We are listening for both the evidence and what actually matters to you.
Sense-making
We take what surfaces and work it into a written strategy: what we understand, what appears to be the bottlenecks, and how to reframe the narrative you communicate. That might be a film, a sales approach, a workshop programme or a new identity.
Producing
Then we build the story that gets you chosen, into the work itself. Video is produced by our own crew, design and branding in-house, training delivered by us or by specialists we bring in. Because you have been part of it since the first conversation, nothing we execute exists without your fingerprint on it.
“Built Local, Shown Local”
Community Bank Blackburn South marked twenty years of grant funding and wanted the impact seen, not just reported. We built an interview-style video around three community groups, each one proof of what local banking profit actually does when it stays local.
We let the people doing the work speak for it — the cricket club, the market volunteers, the café organisers — then brought a board member in to connect it back to two decades of investment. The result: a piece that gave the board a clear account of return, and gave Whitehorse a look at what backing a local bank builds.
“Made In-House, Built to Show It”
Flow Designs has been in business for 10 years and have a media team of their own, Chris didn't need someone to point a camera. He needed someone to find the story of their innovation.
We dug into what actually sets them apart, and it was everything in their process. Three things kept surfacing: made in-house, built to innovate, designed to connect into their eco-system. That became the spine of the hero piece.
You can see it on the factory floor — the machines, the process, the people who build every part of it themselves.
“Let the CEOs Tell It”
John Downes has spent seventeen years mentoring CEOs across hundreds of organisations, with a track record of building and exiting businesses of his own — the kind of credibility that turns a first conversation into a lasting one.
CEOs trusted him instantly because he'd already seen their exact problem before. The pillars: pattern recognition, a confidential space, accountability that turns plans into action.
The credibility comes from the CEOs who sat across from John, telling it themselves.
“This Is a Place Where You're Seen, Heard, Valued”
Forest Hill Chase Community Space runs on 90 volunteers and one paid coordinator, serving 400+ people a week — real scale, but no one there had ever been trained to tell that story, let alone film it.
We ran hands-on social media workshops so volunteers could start posting the Space themselves, then built the hero video around what people actually needed to hear: that they wouldn't disappear here. The messaging rests on three words the volunteers already use: Seen. Heard. Valued.
